Watching The Andersons Grow
I recently had the delightful opportunity to welcome back the Anderson family to my Vassalboro, Maine home studio. This time, they were celebrating the arrival of their third child, a beautiful daughter named Evangeline. As a newborn photographer, it's always heartwarming to witness families grow and return to capture precious moments with their newest additions.
With no specific color preferences from the Andersons, I decided to infuse the session with the warm and rich hues of the fall season. Little Evangeline, just like her name suggests, brought an angelic charm to every frame. Her session was an absolute joy, and we were able to capture a diverse array of images that showcased her delicate features.
The session also included Evangeline's older siblings, who joined in for a few photos. As any parent knows, capturing the attention of young children can be a delightful challenge. Nevertheless, the candid moments we captured truly reflected the essence of their sibling bond.
This marked the third time the Andersons trusted me to document their family milestones. The journey began with photographing their son, Ivan, in 2022, and a few months later, we met again during my annual tree farm minis. It's an honor and a pleasure when families return, not just entrusting me with their cherished memories but also witnessing my growth as a photographer.
I am grateful for these connections, as they not only allow me to freeze fleeting moments in time but also reflect the trust and loyalty that families like the Andersons place in my work. Here's to creating more memories and capturing the beauty of family growth in each click of the shutter.
