Welcome Parker
When Katie first came in for her consultation to plan the session, I knew we would get along great. Katie's laid-back personality matched mine completely. I think we both shared the 'shrug of the shoulder' a few times as we both kind of went with the flow.
Katie was one of my first parents in over 6 months to want some "naked baby" poses and I was SO thrilled. I love doing these poses so much but they seem to be less requested by parents. Understandably, some parents gift the matted prints that are included with the digital collections and are less likely to hand out the bare bums. However, I am still obsessed with them.
Parker was also the first baby to come into the studio and rock this gorgeous blue background color.
Parker made his grand entrance into the world 3 weeks earlier than expected. I will mention, Katie had a gut feeling when we were chatting that he wasn't going to stay in much longer. Mother instincts were right (as always!)
Parker was born 4lbs 14oz of absolute perfection. Parker actually had an appointment the day of our session and jumped up to 5lbs 9 oz. Parker takes the title of my smallest babe in my studio to date.
